plemel.com is set in Helvetica Neue 107 Extra Condensed Extended, Helvetica Neue 55 Roman, & Georgia. I like Helvetica Neue. I like it a lot. Thank you Max and Linotype for redrawing and improving an already exceptional font.
This site is XHTML and CSS2 compliant, which in layman terms means that this site was designed and coded per the w3c specifications, allowing for the greatest flexibility and cross-platform reliability. XHTML and CSS does not give the designer the best reliability, but dammit, it is the best we have. Designing on the web is much like riding a bull and trying to tell the bull how to buck. Or is it like a horse trying to buck? Wait, add any other metaphors you can think of, and that is web design.
